According to requirement of, the production water of cosmetic should be up to drinking water standard at least （GB5749-2006). It should be mentioned that the limit of microorganism of cosmetic water is the same as the drinking water ,the both of which are ≤100 FU/ml.So cosmetic water need to be purified from drinking water ,it is better for production process & formula of cosmetic.
